In FE i found a variable under "OBJECT_TATTOO_CARD_CHEST_CUSTOM_01" that says, is self illuminating, and underneath it says (byte)unkown: 0

suppose i turn the zero to a one, does that mean the tatoo itself would glow, or just the tatoo card

there is no card for customs and bytes is how much space it takes up...............

It would just be the card, and custom tats do have tat cards, ever go to a tattooist and asked to get one? I think I tested this once and couldn't tell if it was glowing or not...
