Does will affect your scariness, cause if I have no tattoos and nothing on, I still have 100 scariness. If it doesn't, please tell me what it is then, and if it does, how can I put my scariness at 0.

It could be your hair or clothing, but will doesn't do anything to the scariness.
You can hijack a CBonusItemDef too take away 100 scariness. For information on CBonusItemDefs please search, I've went over it at least 3 times, not to mention everyone else who discussed it.
