the helpers are wrong on the weapon models
good news is, you can use the vanilla summoner's sword now ^_^

Thats not whats wrong with... Look at the hands they're all messed up, and when you swing your weapon around it only moves when you spin around while your attacking . Im using the No sheathes mod so the quiver and weapon arnt visible when not sheaved.

umm, most likely a bones problem, try opening B-Morph, then without changing anything save it over the hero's bones (MAKE BACKUPS FIRST!!!) and see if that solves your problem

yeah, but the hero's mesh is being replaced by the summoner's mesh when you do this, you're "wearing" a summoner

no, the summoner becomes the hero, and uses his bones, so you nedd to save over the hero's bones with the default from b-morph (or all 1's)

if it doesn't work then I don't know the problem, and there's not much I can do to help
unless there are summoner bones, in which case you would replace the hero's bones with the summoner bones

Dammit, ruined my no-posting streak before it can even get off the ground.
No amount of toying with bone configurations will fix this problem. The Hero is incompatible with the summoner's animations and vice versa, so a simple model swap is not enough.Incompatible
Left to right.
Top row - summoner trying to: pray; throw a middle finger; puke.
Bottom row - Hero: summoning summoner style; dying summoner style. Two ways to fix this.
"Transform" into a summoner, use its animations, much in the way Marco's balverine mod works, and use Silver's app to help with this.
The other way is to remodel the summoner against the Hero's bones.
Edit:
Also wanted to add something about the weirdly-sheathed weapons. Any weapon that sheathes properly for the Hero will not sheath properly for the summoner and vice-versa, for the same reason the summoner sword will not sheath properly for the Hero. The helpers in the summoner sword are meant specifically for use with the summoner's scabbard helper in the model. The summoner's scabbard helper is different from the Hero's, which, if you haven't guessed by now, is why the summoner sword works for the summoner but not most other weapons.
Edit again: Right to left? Not that it matters, it's all pretty much the same anyway.
