[Oh, and before you read on, i understand this is waaaayyyy easy to do yourself. It's a very simple mod, but it's my first!!!!!]


EDIT: I'm sorry i had no idea the soul reaver was a sword in another game. THIS ISN'T A NEW SWORD!!!!!!!


Ok. I modded the bereaver (JOY!)

Here is what i've done:

- Made the dama insanely powerful (25,000)
- Five augmentation slots
- Edited title and description
- Made a light weapon

Obviously spawn it as normal.

(OBJECT_LEGENDARY_BROADSWORD_02)

And i see no point in screenies, it's just the bereaver modded to be light. If you really want one, i'll organise one for you Razz

It is now named The Soulreaver

Description:
This weapon belonged to the hero known as Reaver. He was the most evil hero ever to grace albions cobbled paths, He was killed during the final fight with Scythe. Scythe was permanently burnt during this fight. He cast away the sword into the deepest forests of albion. Hoping it would never be found. You hold it in your hands now, go and face albion with the ultimate power. To kill or to save.

if you use the store cheat trainer with this item its "17466"

works no biggy to make a chest.

like it as it is, got to say kill stone giant with it is a blast 2000-5000 points of damage lol

Not necessarily. ID numbers are issued as entries are made, so if the first new entry is the OBJECT_WHATEVER of a new weapon mod, it will be 14761.
Side-note: 17466? That is an awful lot of mods you must be using.

And i don't use store cheat trainer.

I use my good old albion and fable explorers.

i notice that when ever one add-in anew item to the file its get a new set of numbers to it.

so my case it was 14776 but as i found out after i remove it and added another item it too got that same number as will.

think all use FE look into object area for the item name to see the number it been given it very to each item when it was added so the 14761 can be anything that was given to that item

other words it very when it was added and the number maybe not the same at all, to each end user.....i found this out today

love it i wish only it would have been able to add-in item to it like fire, lighting....ect 4-slot or maybe old kingdom weapon a six slot one three on each side of the weapon to show it lol

I could do that easilly.

I've added the FMP Smile

It has all 8 augmentations on it.

how can i bring down the cost of it?
only see 4-slots in it? other 4 unseen?

You can only see 4 augmentation slots, but you can read the rest near the desc.

If theres something wrong with it send me a screenie.

If there is something wrong... I'll do a new FMP and with the value changed for you.

I don't understand why you'd want it put down, but hey. All to his own preferences Smile

i trying new things with it and as for the four slots showing i understand that much, i think i got 8 slots for it right now!
i have to keep mind what i add-in to the weapon when i add new item to it lmao thinking about it.

Oh god my first ever mod. Confused

What do you mean it doesn't work? What happens when you load it? What happens in game? Any crashing? Nothing happening?

Don't be vague and I might, might try to help you.

EDIT: Just realised that I made the hero called "Reaver" a year before Lionhead did, heh.

OK well as hard as i can Ive red more posts then id like to admit but i still don't understand how to make a mod appear in the game Ive loaded the .fmp with fable explorer and named it as suggested but where do i actually GET it i know theres a way to make it spawn in a chest etc but how T_T im completely wet behind the ears at this but any help would be appreciated

Edit: ill look around and try to answer my own question but if i cant then anything u can say would hellp

Edit2: ok ok i worked it out like a big boy ty guys ^_^ alota resources just hard to find the one u need if ur new Razz

And so begins the new age of people freshly interested in Fable modding yet seem incapable of helping themselves. Try reading the stickies, perhaps starting with the one in the Tutorials subforum, the one called New to modding Fable? You have to spawn it, in chests, barrels, searchable containers, digging spots, fishing spots, right on the ground, directly into the Hero's inventory, modify the creature drops so that you get it when killing specific creatures, edit a cutscene so that it is added to the Hero's inventory during the cutscene, add it to a shopkeeper's inventory so that you can buy it, there are many, many ways of receiving items. Go learn a few.
