I want to remove all of my mods.
I have backups.
But they are of my current, modded data.
And I do not have the game disks.
Any suggestions as to how I would go about removing them?

Buy yourself a new copy of the game, it's cheap and will save you the trouble of even trying to 'undo' your mods - which is 'impossible'.

In other words: Pay the price for not making backups...
