Can someone help please!
I spent about 2 hours learning the trade of spawning chest, I installed AE, FE, and the Freeroam app. I used this guide here:

I got all the lvl files in my Levels folder and AE will open, but my problem is that when I go to open Fable itself, I get the main menu and half-way through the loading screen. And yes, I did try to make a new profile. Is there a fay to fix this, or do I have to uninstall the game? Sorry for being a noob.

First, figure out what the problem is, if it's a scripting error or misplaced files or something of the sort, then fix the problem. Since you haven't been able to load the game, you couldn't have been able to save the problem to the savegame, meaning fix the problem and you fix the game. No new installation needed.
