New village on the Prison Island, just off Prison Path.
Based on a template made by The New Fabled Ravrn, who I think has scrapped his so I am uaing it for my own mod.

Decorate houses
Decorate town
Make links so you can reach it
Change name

I've been doing little bits. But i've encountered a problem with the VILLAGE entry. It's on a filler, and the NPC's keep glitching up on it. They walk through walls and stuff like that. I don't know if there is a way around it.
