Do you know how to skinweight an armor?
The correct settings to export?
Etc. etc.

As for your problem; try a different format.

yes, i know how to do the skinweight, but only in 3ds max, and the model is in blender so, i need to export it to 3ds max. What do you mean with "correct settings to export"? should i post the model?

Correct settings to export the model from 3ds max so it will work in the game.
Making proper clothing is a pain in the ass. I've never done it, but I know how it works and don't want to.
You could post your model, I'm not gonna look at it, someone else might.

But as I said: export from blender to a different format, then import to 3ds max (of course you need to use a format that both apps can handle).
