On all my old Computers, XP, Vista, etc... Fable Explorer has been able to import meshes Textures etc... Yet fro some reason I cannot import textures. It sais something about the item exceeding the parcel amount, I'm no Computer Whiz so I don't know what I'm doing. if you have an answer just post a reply or PM me.
