my anti-virus is Kaspersky, he deleted the exe.

I assume Kaspersky didn't delete the file of the retail disc you have?
this is not an exit.

You could retrieve it from the recycle bin, or where ever Kaspersky keeps its ''quarantined files'' Unless it got permanently deleted.
http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=2261 | what version of kav are you using? if you have kav5 then take a look in the kav backup... you can find it on the kav main window -> view backups
when you restore it i would suggest you to manualy remove the infected email...

In my opinion, Microsoft made AV's and such are just crap..
All in all, The best I've ever used is Panda global protection.

I do read your posts, but I said those because of my good experience with both. When one can't find something I know is there, I break out the other. And the two together on my computer don't interfere with each other either. Normal people would suggest mcafee or norton, but both are memory whores.(Forgive the language but it's the best way to put it.)
Read the site rules, as well as individual thread rules, stickies and announcements, and use search, or you will have smartassy or exasperated ownage rained down upon you by the site's crack team of mods and admins. Also, you can find all you need to get started on modding here.

That aside, I think it's fairly obvious OP didn't buy a copy of the game and hence should run away screaming (because I tend to bite) and find his own setup.exe from the retail disc.
