Is it possible to make new quests? if it is possible, is it easy to do?
I'm now really getting back into mods again, so forgive me if I seem like a noob.

So with that logic, I could take mostly unused areas like the insides of demon doors, and the bandit toll area, possibly the picnic area and lookout point, and make signposts guiding you along to an ultimate reward?

Couldn't tell you for sure, my guess is that you can.
But I never really used CBox, I did all scripting in plain old notepad.
