I know I posted something like this in the retextures section but this time it's an edit to the spell itself

Slow time has a shorter duration but has more of an effect.. so by the time you have it mastered it slows time to a complete stop. But will also last a maximum of 10 seconds, to keep things fair.

And obviously the slow time clocks are changed to sharingan
