This replaces the Villager Neutral Outfit with that of the Outfit of Black Cat
(Train heartnet).
I Have also added a Custom Tattoo for the Bell, but it is not very good.

How to use:
1. Run Fable Explorer
2. Right click on "Textures.Big"
3. Click "Merge .Big Files"
4. Select A File From this folder
5. Repeat until all files are added
6. Click "save Mods and Run Fable"

Download the .Zip file and extract.
There are tons of screenies in there
