I have found all the other Heroes but all I found for Twinblade were his bones does any one know where to find it?or if it exists

if your looking for his texture then you might want to try using fable explorer.

you want to know how to? if so then these are the steps
1: double click on graphics.bin go down to CHARACTER and click on the + sign.
2: go down to the entry 1470 should be creature_hero
3: open entry 1470 and go down to graphics and input into it 4519 click apply changes then go actions->save mods run fable
