I've forgot how to mod. [message #16971]

I haven't modded for a while, and I've completely forgot how to. What I want to do is simple enough, place various items in a chest, I remember editing the contents of said chest and getting thunders sword and the like. Could any of you kickstart my memory so I might be able to start doing this again? Is there a simpler way now than editing the contents of a chest, or is it pretty much the same?
I'm probably going to get flamed like hell, because forgetting how to mod simple things and then asking on a forum how to do it is completely unreasonable

You could always try out the chest template in Albion Explorer.

I'll apologize for being a pain up front. It has been a while since I have modded TLC. I cannot remember how to replace tng files. I have the chest mods for Lookout Point and the Picnic area, but I can't find anything in the WIKI that will help. I am runnin Windows Vista and I cannot change the userst.ini (it says file name not found). Any ideas?

no problem you could always go into note pad or any word processor that you use and go into file and select open and where it says types of files change the tab into all files then find the unsert.ini and open it using this

When I try to access the userst.ini, change the userlevelwad to false and try to save, it says access to the file is denied. Any thoughts?
