first of all what program do u need for it.Second of all is it hard?

The best tool is Autodesk 3ds Max, but it's very expensive.

There also are free tools available, look here and here.
Then there's also Milkshape and GameSpace Light, both are also freeware.

Is it hard? Well, you can get somewhere with trial and error, that's how I did it.

No, you need one application, and if it can't import and export .x files, you need a plugin for the application.
