Feel free to be mad if you like, ultimately you only have yourself to blame as this has been covered numerous times.

* Open FE
* Go to File > Load Fable Mod Package
* Choose the file you want to install
* Wait for a while as FE makes the changes (It isn't hanging so don't post that it is).
* Hit "Save Mods and Run"

Next time you might want to try posting in the right area. Finished mods is not where this should be.
