Fable Explorer 4.1 HELP! [message #20818]

Whenever I try to open Fable Explorer it says this "The application failed to initialize properly (oxc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application. Please somebody help!

Thanks Satan I was missing that! Anyway, one more thing, how do you make lightning appear around your weapon all the time like this without the weapon being huge-
