I'm trying to make it so you can use the prison cell key on the cell block doors without being in the quest. Please tell me what could or would work.

spawn the key in the cell when you appear there so you can pick it up Smile

You might wanna put a weapon and some basic Armour in there too...

...The key does not open it. I'm not doing the quest...I just want to have it so the gates can be opened. I could just set this to true:

StartCTCDoor;
OPEN TRUE;

But I won't...

I made a guard drop the key.
