YAY! i can now make clothes without proper skin weight!

what do i do now? Very Happy

and if bluetooth wants to finish this OR tell me how to do it(this would be better) heres the max.At least i got this far...

bip_01 usually.
You can also weight them by hand using the skin modifier and then adding the needed bones. The skin modifier can sometimes be easier.

k i got as far as envolope editing...how the hell do you nake it go to its right places its hard to edit envelopes...
