Fable explorer error [message #24860]

Ok, so i've recently installed fable explorer, and i read a tutorial. when i was done, i clicked save mods and run fable. then an error message popped up and said 'cannot find splash.exe' having heard about this error, i clicked ok. but when i did this, another error message came up saying 'cannot find library' with the options 'ok' and 'cancel' when i click ok, it pops up again, and if i click cancel, fable doesn't run anyway. so if anyone can help, it would be appretiated.

The first one is natural, everyone gets it, and it's nothing big. The second one, however, is a real problem, are any of the file's missing or damaged? I'm not quite sire what it might be but that'd be a place to start.
