Not sure if it is possible, but I would like to be able to own the Grey house. Like after the Hero becomes Mayor of Bowerstone. How much of a pain in the neck would it be for someone to script it to be able to buy upgrades for it, and possibly make it look "New" again?

I was hoping that maybe someone could also turn the area green again. Add new trees and what not, get rid of the dead ones. Possibly remove the undead spawns. Set these options only to appear after the hero decides whether or not to marry grey.

I would usually do something like this myself but my skills with Albion Explorer suck beyond belief.

(Sorry, I clicked in the wrong section to post this)

You can set the trees to be upgraded with the house as long as they are owned by the building.

The actual area though is going to be a no go. There's no way to change the landscape texture or environment theme dynamically like that.

Not if it's part of the FinalAlbion.STB which a majority of the flora belongs to.

Cool. Would it be possible for you to share that? Or do you feel like holding on to it until your project is done?

Could be good "publicity" if you can though.
