I've used so many mods, Fable just isn't the same anymore.

I've had that with my Solus before, it means the texture is corrupted. I normally stop this from happening by saving my reskins as BIG. The only way to fix it is to reupload the original texture, or if you get lucky, you could reupload the reskin and see if that works.

EDIT: Reloading the Original Texture worked.
