Technically it isn't the same, you guys were discussing the old ini file that controlled the day via an integer. This is a edit to the exe via a memory swap. While the results can be the same this route can be changed during gameplay and not one edit per .ini load.

You'll find the time of day is generally stored within 12 bytes of that variable and is to a float nearly the same as the way timestep is ran. When time is 1.0 it is reset, if it is does not reset eventually the screen turns brown. The main goal was to find time variables and how things interact with them. Possibly duplicate a certain time based script and have it run some day time fun on the towns of Albion Wink

It also can be changed in the game.bin I think GLOBAL or somesuch.

If it were it is still not labeled TimeStep, this was included in the dictionary and never found in the xml.

But on topic the default ratio is 1s = 57.6s in game correct? That would put the day at exactly 25 minutes real time, does that sound right? I may of goofed on my math and don't play this game enough to know.
