Eh... At first I would think that it is the Bereaver, but it's one-handed. So it would be either the "Slayer" or the Bandit lieutenant sword, both of which have the same mesh and are impossible to get without modding.

The Harbinger is pulled out of the rock at Witchwood Chapel.
