I found this for the PC version of the game so I thought to myself, why not convert it for you Xbox Modders?! So I did, the only thing that's weird with it is the 100k damage I put Rolling Eyes, and the cheesy text entries which you all can change if you really want to, it's not that hard.

I know the whole thing where I have to supply screen shots, but sadly there's no magic thing that will allow you to do it for the Xbox.

Actually there is. You will need a debug bios to use it.
