i cant disable some mods but i really dont want to re-install the game. can someone produce a mod that can disable the one that you want to disable, i'm only requesting this because i cant produce mods.

No, that's pretty impossible. The only way to "uninstall" a mod without reinstalling the game is to apply the backups you should've made, and if you don't have backups, the appropriate files can be found on your game discs.
