Well you can change min age and max age to the same number, like min age is 18 and max age is 18, that will make you look young.
If you put min age to 18 and max age to 19 you will look old when you become 19.

Simply put min age and max age at the same number and you are forever young.

Wrong. Do that and max morphing takes effect. I'm tired of explaining this to people. You want the two numbers far apart from each other, that makes you forever young.
