Idea on possibility for glowing will lines [message #59653]

I was just thinking..... would it be possible to make glowing will lines by editing the hero's mesh(not texture or skin stuff) to have the regular lines all the time, make them a submesh and set the glow strength to a hundred? Or has this already been tried?
