cant use mod packages [message #62056]

So when I try to use a mod package I load it and then try to "save mods and run fable" but then an error comes up saying something like "an exception that cant be handled have occured in your application program. If you click continue this error will be ignored. If you click exit the application program will exit immedeatley ( translated )
does anyone know what to do about it?

i can do stuff in fable explorer and get it to work but fmps doesnt work
