i need some major help i made brand new bumpmaps that have amazing detail and i have new textures for the entire game skin and amour made but somethings work and some fail i would like to replace all bumpmaps with my hd ones and all textures but it will only let me replace the waters and the skin ones i get a exception for the others it says that i cant write the new whatever ya call it cause its locked i wanna remake this game and release my complete retexture for you all and help is need the game size will be bigger for this mod so text me if you can help 1-902-292-6738 or if you have an iphone imessage me at alexiscrane@ymail.com i am on facebook as matthew lee crane add me thanks

Fable doesn't like blue bumpmaps. Don't ask me why, but for some idiot reason, it needs to be yellow. Rolling Eyes

Not true. Fable uses inverted bump maps, true, but the only consequence of having them be blue is that the bump is bumped in the wrong direction, which really is picking nits because no one will be looking that close to tell.



The problem here is simple. Don't use that version of FE. The story is a long and boring one. The point is short and simple: That version of FE is broken.

A lot of function is broken. This was done in the process of adding the sound-related features. Because the source to the project was lost, it can never be finished, those new features will never be complete. So really it's just there to take a look at sounds, and the rest of the FE functionality will remain broken. So when looking at sounds, use that one. When modding, use an older version.
