why not just spawn a chest inside the prison where you start...and you get it back after like 5 minz so there aint realy any need.

3-launch albion explorer and find the place you want to spawn a chest in click on it then click on world editor (or summit like that)
4-click on an object in your cell then replace its script (the script is all that writing you can see when you click on the object) then replace that script with

NewThing Object;

yes you can actually move the object around in albion exlorer you actually dont need coords for it in albion explorer...you should realy learn how to use it..it helps a great deal and i understand that since your new to modding fable that the tutorial i gave you sounded like chineese to you..am i right..yes..because it took awhile before i got the hang of it all but just mess arount with it a bit it realy isnt hard

It's the cullis gate..area..I can't think of it's name right now. But it's the area with the cullis gate in it. there's usually 6 or 7 traveling traders walking throguh that area.
when I started my new Evil save, that's where I went to test out my custom tatoos and I hadn't even started my first quest yet.

here a screeny because I'm descriptive like that.

Jesse why dont you just spawn the npc (tatoist) where you want since you know how to spawn chests spwning a npc shouldnt prove to difficult for you.And im pretty sure (not 100%) that theres help on spawning npcs in the wiki.
