Easy Old Age Effect Removal Here

To increase your maximum age:

game.bin->HERO_STATS

increase the MaxAge

The maximum age you set will be when the age effects are maxxed out. I.E. If you set the max age to 18 then the age effects will be maxed when you hit 18.

There is nothing in the Void.
There is no point to it's being.
I wish there was a reason.
There is nothing in the Void,
But what we put there.

alright. just to make sure i'm getting this right. I need to use fable explorer and go into game.bin and look for Hero_Stats and change max age from there and it should set into the game. sorry if i sound slow, this is my first time doing any of this.

if that is what the tutorial says then yes

There once was a member of this land,
a humorous posting he planned,
but when he posted,
by mods he was toasted,
and now he has found himself banned.

Alright, I'm not really new to modding this, just posting about it.

This thread caught my eye because I do have my max age set to 35, but I have one character in particular that looks about 103 even though he's got less than an hour in the game.

I know you can delete old age appearances, but that's not the point. Point is, why does this one guy look like he's 103 and the rest all maintain the appearance of the 35 year old? I'm mostly just wondering if anyone else has encountered something like this.

In other words, if your max agi is set to 35 you will look like a 100 year old, but if your max age is set to 95, you don't start aging until much later.

I hated too, being a 65 year old guy, fighting against Whisper in the Arena... Who happens to be older than you, but still looks young

I just use either an fmp mod that u can download that can take off all the old age effects or use the +24 trainer in the read-only utilities. Very Happy

I got it fingered out. It really is a moot point now anyway since I flattened all the old age textures anyway.
