Location: wouldn't you like to know...
I have downloaded and installed fe (huzzah!) BUT after I load a fmp and click on save mods and run fable a message comes up saying : windows cannot find "splash.exe" whats wrong?

just hit "OK" and give it a second, Fable will start.

it's a normal thing. it doesn't do any damage.
