463C44A1 in GLOBAL = Years per Stat.

Been looking for awhile but nobody could give me a definite answer on how much the increase was. This will allow you to tweak how many years you gain per stat increase.

Apathy Cannot Inspire.
Ambivalence cannot lead.
Loved me. Feared me.
Changed me. Killed me.
Anything would be something.
But nothing is worst of all.
