Would it be possible to make armor develop scars like flesh

Good question.

Add the armour texture and Armour Scar texture to the Player's CCreatureDef and see what happens.

Use an alpha'd texture since they are layered on top of the original. An easy way to do this would be to add your dents and scratches on a new layer in Photoshop. And delete the background layer when done.

Also. Make the fresh and healed entries use the same texture. Because armour doesn't heal. Wink

Would adding the hero's CCreatureDef to any OBJECT(a shirt for example) take care of scarring?
