could be me but after i loaded it in FE the will markings are still there (i did the save mods and run fable action)
so i got no idea what to do

yeah tried that but game keeps crashing don't really know how to do that properly only know it needs to be DXT3 and alpha 1

you need an image editor like gimp, then make an image that has alpha (just alpha when you make the image instead of white) then save it as something, then load it like you were before

Separate what? The effects of the mod? It's not hard to do and can be done by yourself.
Both are in the CHeroMorphDef, trace it from the CREATURE_HERO entry, go to the CDefs, find CHeroMorphDef, click the link, and you should find 4 sections of the CHeroMorphDef, (in no particular order) one for skeletal changes, another for textures, one for effects, the other I can't think of right now, but I think it's effects too.
To get rid of the markings, open the textures bit, then flail wildly looking for anything marked COMP_*WILL* and delete it from the array.
To get rid of the effects, open up one of the effects pieces (can't remember which it is) and delete anything that has the word "WILL" in it.

Ugh, that's twice now. It's "forum", okay? Take off your dyslexia-goggles.

Also, it's been discussed. I've been told the last good cleansing was when the forum was re-organized, but there's been so much spreading/breeding/contracting of stupidity since then that another good polishing would do a lot of good.
