This is a replacement explosion for the Amnesia bomb. I don't recommend standing too close to the effect. It expands rapidly.

It's a bomb how much more description do you need..... This mod replaces the explosion one of the unused bombs.

Oh and btw sigs don't work with a path that links to your documents so file:///C:/Users/jeff/AppData/Local/Temp/Rar$DI00.699/balver ine%20hero%20mod.gif isn't a good idea. Upload the image to a place like imageshack then use the address it gives you as your sig.
