Did you rename the WAD file? If so then it's most likely a save file issue, try starting a new file to see if they show up then.

New? Or looking for information? Look here before posting.

This will tell you about the WAD file. There's only one wad file, and every installation of Fable comes with one until the user gets rid of it. It is located in:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Fable - The Lost Chapters\data\levels\
(Default location)

Ahhhh, yes, that WAD file. As far as I know, no, I haven't tampered with it at all.

I had the same problem but than marcopolo told me you have to delete the finalabion.wad (make sure u have a backup first) and than it should work once the guild exterior is in the right folder.

Ahh, that did it. I got it to work, but now I crash right after the transformation scene ends.

Then the cutscene is at fault. Check that it was applied properly and that it's using the correct object names.

Forgive me if I sound like a newb, but how would I go about doing that? From what I can see, everything's where it should be and it's all named and labeled right.

* You will need to check the cutscene (script.bin > whatever the cutscene is called) and make sure it is applied properly.
If it does not contain the word balverine in there somewhere, it wasn't applied properly.
You can also check object names referenced in there with the object/creature references in FE.

* The other thing to do is open up the tng the signs are in and check the object names there against what fe has.

WinZip, 7Zip, I think WinRar can handle zip files.
You should be able to extract it without these, but they are nice tools to have.

Without downloading anything:
Right-click|Extract All and follow the wizard that windows has.

With WinZip, 7Zip, and maybe WinRar (never used it, so I can't say for sure, but it's more than likely the same) you can right-click the file, look for whichever you downloaded and click Extract here.

Personally I favor 7Zip. If you download this, I suggest you get the one on the top unless you know for a fact you need a different one.

You can look for it in the tools forum.
Or you can search for all posts containing "cutscene" or "cut scene" posted by BayStone.

It's called self-reliance, learn it, live it, breathe it, do it, welcome to the forum.
