How display all text from text.big? [message #26265]

I set in the settings that display subtitles... But in the text.big file is more text than displayed in the game. For example puprle nps's speech or guide in the Guild. Can this text display?

I believe that some of the text in the file is not used for display but for villagers spoken comments and such.
