Ive used the search havnt found anything. Is it possible to have your health toughness and ummm that other strength all the way to max without making your guy look like the incredible hulk?

The other way would be to go into HERO_STATS-->stat levels and change your health to max at first level.
Toughness and strength values though are unknowns, that is, where they're hiding is unknown.
The other way would be to muck around in the morphdef of the hero. However, I have approximately no experience in that area of FE currently. Perhaps one of the more experienced members might give you some pointers. (Though they might just tell you to search, since I'm fairly sure in my random searches I found such things).

Yeah, the CHeroMorphDef. Be carefull loading it - it's quite a large entry.
