well i never got any tattoos into the game but once but i have no clue ihow i got it though Rolling Eyes

so heres an image that i would like to be on the forearm or upper-right chest index.php?t=getfile&id=4436&private=0

www.deviantart.com looked up swords wen i was bored so i went about to the 14th pg and saw this(notice this dragon like think is holding a sword)
