attempted to read or write protected memory error [message #30949]

I am using fable explorer to load the New item Pack v1. When i go to load the mod pack something pops up that says "Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt" anyone have any idea what this means or how to fix it.

ok so I figured I would go in the game and see if the chest would still appear at lookout point and guess what...it does but when I go to open it the chest opens and my character just stands there stareing at it and it just stays that way...the music is still playing and the grass is still swaying in the win buts its like im stuck in a cut scene.
