as in from oblivion? or just a skin of say archons that makes it ambewr in color, cause I can do that.

A complete Sharigan Eye mod(will,normal,evil,blind)(becuase will just isn't enough)

I can do just a skin, but, any shape changes you'll have to ask another modder for.

Sweet. I would appreciate it. I want to manipulate models and what not, but I can't figure out the whole exporting thing. So any help from you guys who know what you're doing is awesome. Doing mods for people is pretty cool of you guys.

well, alot of guys wouldn't, hell, I'm usually the guy that says "maybe if I have the time" but right now I need things to do, one persons ideas can only go just so far with textures you know.
