How do I change the laws? One guy made it so that if you kill someone,there is no fine and the guards dont chase you. I used that mod then found that it was kinda boring,so if anyone knows how to change it back then please tell me.

Try REGION->REGION_*****->50CFD95B-UseCrimes

I don't think you can change the laws in the sense of what constitutes a crime.

Perhaps (this is way outside my knowledge and really only a guess) but the mod might have changed the MESSAGE_EVENT.

Check MESSAGE_EVENT->STANDARD_MESSAGE_EVENT_MURDER->lifespan
The original value is 45

That's really just a wild guess. Hopefully someone else knows what Deathsvisage did.

The mod makes all fines disappear within around 10 seconds, it doesn't disable crimes.

I wish there was a reason.
