Fsc not working... [message #34422]

I did everything in the tutorial and when i try to extract the scripts.bin by double clicking csextract.bat it comes up with the "run.exe" program and says "Failed to load C:\Program"
any help??

make sure the backup folder had scripts.bin and names.bin in it and that you spelled it correctly, just backup, not Backup, or back-up, no, backup.
