Rightyo. Been a while since I've posted here, but anyway; I think I asked it once before (I know I did actually; saw my old post when doing a search for this here question), but does anyone know where the values are for making your weaponless hands block anything and everything? I've made my hero something of a bestial giant, and you'd think ultra-thick metal gauntlets would parry blows just as effectively as your sword or otherwise.

So anywho. How to block everything with your fists?

hmm... I don't know, but you could try opening the CAppearenceDef and messing with the anims, so that unarmed block uses the same animations as armed block

Check the HERO_ATTACK_STYLE under COMBAT_TYPE, you might find something there. A lot of unknowns if I recall correctly.

Ahh well. Looked 'em up, followed both yer' advice, and nothing came of it, other than being able to be hit even when blocking with a weapon. So, I'll just stick with what I've got for now, heh. Thanks to ya' both for your help!

no problem, but could you post how you were able to hit and block at the same time? that's pretty cool Shocked

Ohh, no, sorry, heheh. I said I could still be hit, even while blocking.

In fact, I changed the values to the settings they were at before I fiddled about with them, and I'm still being hurt even when blocking...
