How do you get the will tats to display on your character?

I thought it was something to do with how many times you level up will but I tryed that and nothing.

Buying AT LEST Level 2 in all Will skills will make them appear. Level up to 4 on all Will, and you should defiently get it.

I have level four on most skills but they arent there. All others are level 3 and cant be increased.

Did you by chance use any mods that would have gotten rid of the will markings? Will markings are stored in the CCreatureMorphDef with evil/blonde/tan/light/muscular/old/bald/etc. textures, so if you have a mod that wipes out the entire CCreatureMorphDef the will markings are gone too.
