im getting so pissed right now. trying to use free roam app but its not makeing any sense at all. im trying to fix it so i can spawn chests but reading the directions i cant make heads or tails of some steps. i tried to close the window because i didnt understand what it wanted and it said, 'ok, ill extract it here then' and i had to reinstall the game cause it ruined the world.D file. somebody help Evil or Very Mad

It didn't ruin the world.D file. You used it wrong and Fable couldn't find either the .wad or the files needed if the wad is missing. This suggests that the files extracted are in the wrong place.

JohnDoe's step-by-step near fool-proof FreeRoam instructions

Here's all you need to do:
1. Download FreeRoam;
2. Extract FreeRoam;
3. Open FreeRoam;
4. Click File>Open;
5. Select the wad file;
6. Dump in the data folder (DATA FOLDER!!! NOT LEVELS!!);
7. Rename, move or delete the wad file;
8. Never, ever ask how to use FreeRoam, ever. I can't stress this enough.
It really doesn't get easier than that.
