how to use a .fmp file? [message #37277]

Hey, I'm new to this forum, excuse my newbie question:
So I download a .fmp file (weapon, expression, etc...) and I honestly have no idea how to get it into my game. I've experimented some, but to no avail. Anyone care to enlighten me?

all right here is all the information and tools you need to get started http://forums.projectego.net/new-modding-fable-3352/
when you have fable explorer running correctly go to "file" then "load fable mod package", then go to "actions" and "save mods and run fable"
